Do you give discounts?We issue coupons and offer discounts and sales on a regular basis. They are announced through our email newsletter, twitter and facebook accounts. If you want to keep up with our newest products, sales and special offers you need to subscribe or follow us on these platforms by clicking the appropriate icon(s) at the bottom of this page.
Do you recommend any specific washing instructions? Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colors separately, and don’t iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang drying the shirts is preferable, but not necessary.
Can I change my order? If you find that you’ve made an error in the order, please contact us immediately using this form. We’ll do our best to correct the error. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed. In this case you’ll have to send it back once you receive it. Unfortunately, in such case, we are unable to reimburse the shipping charges.
How much is shipping? First shirt is $4.50 and additional shirts are $2.50 each. If you live outside the United States order from our International Distributors CLICK HERE
How long to orders take to ship? Generally, 95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment. It can take 2-5 business days after that to receive.
I need my order faster than your standard shipping time, can you help? In most cases no. We are located in a very remote area which is a great distance away from what most people consider normal conveniences. We don’t really “fit in” with mainstream society so this is the best for all involved. Shipments and schedules are planned in advance so we ask that you do the same. We do our best to fill orders in timely fashion but are usually not in the position to cater to special requests.
I placed a large order but it was canceled and refunded? We now require the billing address and shipping address to be matching in orders of over $100 if not paid through Paypal. If the are not the same, your order will be canceled and refunded.
How to I return a shirt? If you’ve received the wrong product or the item is defective, you may choose to either be issued a store credit or to exchange it for a different item of equal value. Use the contact form and we will inform you how and where to send the return. If you need to exchange an item for a different size than you ordered you are responsible for the postage.
What forms of payment do you accept? We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Through Paypal we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular Paypal account payments.
How secure is this store? This store uses Mal’s Ecommerce to collect order information which is a tightly secured provider. Alternatively, paying through PayPal offers the same security with automatic encryption of your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
